There I Am - The Black of the Sun (print)
'There I Am- The Black of the Sun' is a piece generated from an energy of uncertainty and chaos. Here in my now, I've been swimming in a void of uncomfortable truths. Swallowing the bitters of my own nature. This is my longest era of "sitting the fuck down." This space has forced me into the discipline of allowing what is...to just..BE. Not naming it, not changing it, just observing what it is, and who I am entirely without interpretation or interference. The hands are symbolized as my controllers, my tools of self-defense. Does the story control the narrator, or does the narrator control the story? The blue hand (blueprint) that hugs my Ori represents the answer to this question. I have been practicing the art of holding these "answers" as sacred truths that hold their own pace of evolution. As I evolve, so does the answer. The face on the right represents the knowing that the ears have eyes and the mouth has muscle memory. What does my soul remember that my body has forgotten? The organized chaos to just..be.
